Next to ensuring the series & events runs smoothly also taking care of ensuring junior drivers (coming from for example Karting) can learn, adapt and grow within the concept of close racing on F1 grade racetracks together with their respective teams. Giving them the opportunity to measure their skills on tracks like Spa, Zandvoort,… and combat with some seasoned drivers but also get used to media attention/coverage.

Responsible for a good communication between Race Teams, Competitors, Race Drivers and the Series Organization & Race Control. Working behind the scenes, preparing the necessary activities regarding welcoming, paddock installation, event timing (incl. detailed minuting), briefings, sessions, podium ceremonies, ….Basically, ensuring the sessions & events run smoothly.
